For most betting markets, settlements will only occur at the end of the match/event (i.e if you have a "over 2 goals" bet in a soccer match, it will only settle once the match has concluded, even if the market condition has been met).
If you have placed a Live/In-play bet however (denoted with a "Live" icon), then bets will settle as soon as the relevant markets are decided.
If you have placed a bet which has not been settled 10 minutes after the end of the event/match, please contact our customer support via live chat or email ([email protected]), and inform your Bet ID for further assistance.
