How long do withdrawals take?

Most cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed instantly. However, in some cases, such as large withdrawals, we process the withdrawals manually, which may incur a slight delay.

After we process a cryptocurrency withdrawal, the transaction is sent to the relevant blockchain. The confirmation of the transaction usually takes few minutes, but this might change based on how congested the blockchain is at that moment.

For FIAT (JPY/TRY) withdrawals, the transaction is sent to a payment provider after we process your request. It might take up to 3 business days for you to receive your funds, but it will vary depending on the method of payment chosen, processing time of the provider and your bank.
