Check your email for an email from Sportsbet.io.
If you can't see the email, please check other folders, such as spam and trash.
Open the email from Sportsbet.io and click the reset password link.
The link will take you back to Sportsbet.io, where you can enter your new password.

If you are able to log into your account and want to change your password due to security concerns, you can click on your username in the upper right corner, click “Edit Profile” and when window opens, click “Change Password” and you will be able to set a new password and click “Change Password” to confirm the changes.

NB! Please be informed that if you enable password reset or change your password, you will not be able to withdrawal for 48 hours as per our instructions to keep user balances safe from unauthorised access permission.
